Draft Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Draft Technician to join our team. The Draft Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing draft beer systems at our customer locations. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality draft beer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and install draft beer systems, including taps, kegs, and CO2 systems at client locations.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on draft systems to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Diagnose and repair issues with draft systems, including leaks, pressure problems, and mechanical failures.
- Provide excellent service to clients, answering questions and offering solutions to improve their draft beer systems.
- Educate clients and their staff on proper draft system operation and maintenance.
- Monitor and manage inventory of draft equipment and supplies, ensuring all tools are well-maintained and readily available.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Maintains pricing signage and POS as applicable during account calls.
- Replaces incorrect/inaccurate pricing signage or notifies the Account Manager as applicable.
- Places or replaces POS and other signage.
- Present for all store resets.
- Inspect beer lines and equipment.
- Analyze and troubleshoot draft lines/systems to identify poor pouring or dispensing issues; communicate findings of problems or issues; recommend solutions.
- Deliver and Setup draft systems for special events.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a related field is a plus
- Proven experience with draft beer systems or relevant mechanical experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy kegs and equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
- Forklift Experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
